Mithlesh Choubey: Designation: MD & CEO
Experience: Mithlesh is having more than two decades of technical and marketing expertise in brewing, distillery, starch processing and feed industry. He holds bachelor’s degree in Food technology and masters in management. Under his visionary leadership company is growing by leaps and bounds every year and aligned with the emerging demands from domestic as well international markets. With the passes of time company expanded its arms from biotechnology to cattle feed manufacturing, DDGS trading, grain trading and cloud informatics.
Abhinav Srivastava: Designation: COO and National Sales Head
Experience: Abhinav is having more than 12 years of experience in Business development, client relationship, team management, project management & execution, accounts management, product management and customer sourcing & acquisition in domains of Banking, microfinance, payment services, digital and payments banking. He holds bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and masters in Agribusiness Management from IMS BHU Varanasi.
Manish Choubey: Designation: Director, Head Animal Feeds Division
Experience: Manish is having more than 10 years of experience in managing the production and distribution of cattle feed across country. He has built up a large network of farmers and distributors from sourcing the raw materials to distribution of the product. Under his leadership daily production of feed has touched the mark of 300 MT per day and second production unit is being set up in industrial area of Navanagar (Buxar) Bihar. He holds bachelor’s on Mechanical engineering from University of Bhopal, MP.
Shailesh Choubey: Designation: Director, Company secretory
Experience: Shailesh is having more than 10 years of experience as company secretory and managing the balance sheet, taxation, billings, fund management, account transactions and necessary admin works of the organization. He has done bachelor’s in commerce and company secretory course from Institute of Delhi.
Neeraj Meena: Designation: Purchase and Admin Head
Experience: Neeraj is having more than 10 years of experience as admin in charge, managing the documentation during export and import of products along with maintaining bills, receipts and challans from different suppliers and buyers across country. He is also responsible for the coordination with Charted accountant.
Anruddh Verma: Designation: Technical Head
Experience: Aniruddha is having more than 15 years of experience in the field of Bioethanol technology, fermentation, brewery, sugar, industrial alcohol production and industrial waste water resources. He is working as chief technical analyst and heading team of 20 analysts responsible for performing lab trials in different bioethanol plants across country. He also looks after the grievances and troubleshooting during the production phage as per the requirements. He holds bachelors and masters in science.
